Continuing our commitment to world class service and support for our customers, IRD ^® LLC will transition to a two-tier calibration and repair service for IRD^® Balancing instruments, effective January 1, 2019.

Tier One pricing, or calibration pricing, will remain the same. The difference is in Tier Two: repair pricing. There will now be one price for instrument repairs, which will be all inclusive for any repairs needed. This change now helps to ensure you will know your repair and calibration price prior to scheduling service for IRD Balancing instruments.

Additionally, due to a lack of suitable replacement parts for our older products, IRD will be limiting all future repairs to only the following instruments:
